Break the Boring

In an enlightening series of short videos titled Bridging Gaps – Sawaal ka Saamna, Manisha and Salil take on the challenges entrepreneurs and business owners face and provide solutions.

One of the inherent reasons to enter business and entrepreneurshipis to get away from the mundane of 9 to 5, be yourboss, and do things you are passionate about. However, you soon realise that entrepreneurshipcomes with its own set of routines and activities that must be performeddaily, no matter what. Creating new content, regular follow-ups, and daily managing operationstend to becomeboring after a while.

The solution to this prevalent problem is extremely simple.

You first need to understand the reason why some things seem boring while others are exciting. When things need to be done every day, andthe results of these activities are not visible immediately, the actionseems boring.

The solution here is simple.

  1. Remember your Vision: You had a definite set of your goals when you started. Your vision was crystal clear andinspired you to take the plunge. Remind yourself of your dream. What is your endgame? What do to aim to achieve ultimately? How will the activities you perform daily help you to realise your vision?
Answering these questions will erase the boring and mundane out of your routineand bring back your drive and passion.
  2. Share your Vision: You need to find a friend, a coach, a mentor and a partner who shares your vision and goals. A partner or a friend who shares your dreams will help you remember themand bring back your passion.

A coach or a mentor is a great help to find clarity and steer you on the right path when you are feeling low
