Manisha Rastogi

A visionary and motivator, Manisha first brings to the table a positive air of belief in the business goals. This, coupled with her assertiveness and proactive nature, sets the wheels moving. A meticulous planner, she works out every detail. A weird mix of persistence and impatience keeps her restless until your targets are reality.

With an MMS in Marketing, Manisha spent 10 years at Matsushita Electric Works and Sify, where she gained experience in creating a distribution network, managing franchisees, increasing retail sales, handling new product/service launches, and conceptualizing innovative BTL activities. In 2010, she created Bridging Gaps with the aim of transforming the way businesses sell.

Salil Arekar

Equipped with an analytical mind and clear, task-driven thinking, Salil simplifies things, making everything complex and easy to implement. He sets high standards for efficiency and consistency; at the same time, he is practical enough to acknowledge the caveats facing any execution and is a great team player.

Professional journey: Salil’s career began in the dynamic sales field at Standard Chartered Bank. He then transitioned to HDFC Ltd., where he honed his skills in customer service and credit assessment. His career turned towards analytics and risk management when he joined Vodafone and Reliance, where he excelled in operations management, team leadership, and process management.

After eight years in this industry, his true calling beckoned. It was time to channel the learning from so many years of experience into a single focused element: IMPLEMENTATION.
